Smart Response for Active Emergencies
The way the models were broken down to different segments, reading, listening, and watching. Whoever put this together, it’s incredible because in adult learning. We tend to get distracted and sidetracked, but it kept me focused
There was a lot of great information throughout this course. One key takeaway for me was Situation Awareness. Whether I am at work, in a grocery store, a movie, or a restaurant, I find myself identifying exits, avoiding stairwells (fatal funnels, which is a scary thought) if possible.
Interacting with Law Enforcement: Motor Vehicle Stop
There are really no areas I feel need a great deal of improvement. I think the course was perfect and covered the knowledge drivers would need in a manner that was not overwhelming and was simple for everyone to understand.
I liked that it explained why the officer is behaving a particular way or asking particular questions.
Concealment Carry Weapon (CCW)
This course (much like the Safely handling firearms course) was very brief and to the point, making it very easy to follow in comparison to other similar courses that flood the student with resources and knowledge, overwhelming them. This was constructed very well to keep the student engaged and moving forward throughout the course.
